Viewing Incollect File Summary

You can view a high level summary of the incollect files that were processed.

1. From the Files - Incollects data table, right-click on the incollect file and select View File Summary. The data table containing a summary of each of the files created from the incollect file by the IDI Clearinghouse Service is displayed.

   

   The incollects summary data table contains the following information.

   File name	The name of the file that was created by the IDI Clearinghouse Service.
   Process Date	The date the file was created by the IDI Clearinghouse Service.
   File Type	The type of file that was created by the IDI Clearinghouse Service: Loadable Incollect, Company Return, Original File, or Error File.
   Records	The total number of records in the file (not including the headers and trailers).
   Amount	The total monetary value contained in the records.
   Duration	The total duration of usage in the file.
   # Batches	The number of different batches in the file.
