To search for Guided Assignment Starting Codes:
From the Applications menu, select Product Management > Guided Assignment Starting Codes > Starting Code Search. This displays the Guided Assignment Starting Code Search window.
Enter criteria. (criteria are explained in the Add/Edit Guided Assignment Codes topic).
Click Search. This displays the Guided Assignment Starting Code Search Results form listing all the Starting Codes matching your criteria.
The first column is an icon showing the availability of the Guided Assignment Starting Code.
A green check mark indicates the Starting Code is currently active.
A yellow check mark indicates the Starting Code will become active in the future.
A red X indicates the Starting Code is no longer active.See the Add/Edit Guided Assignment Codes topic for an explanation of the other columns.
The Guided Assignment Starting Code Search Results shortcut menu lets you add, edit or delete a starting code.
