General Ledger Account Assignments

Every transaction type has one or more GL accounts assigned.

GL Accounts may be assigned in two ways:

• editing the transaction type directly

• using the account assignment search to locate and edit the transaction type

  From the General Ledger > Account Assignment menu, you can:

  Search account assignments

  Work with Clearinghouse File Types

  Work with Distance Type Overrides

  Work with Taxes

  Work with Tax States

  View Rounding Errors
