To set up and maintain the Dispute Resolutions table:
Under Data Management double-click Dispute Resolutions. This displays the Dispute Resolutions window.
The Dispute Resolutions window contains the following information.
ID
(read only)System-generated identifier that uniquely identifies the dispute resolution record.
Description
Description of the dispute resolution.
The shortcut menu for this table lets you add, edit and delete dispute resolutions. See Working with Data Management Tables.
