This action is installed by Customer Care. It's used in combination with the Modify E911 Service trigger to auto-create create E911 file records when E911 information on a service is modified via Orders or Customer Care.
The trigger is available under the Services category. When this trigger is selected, the Create E911 Batch Detail action is available under Customer Care.
You can set parameters based on the requirements needed to create the E911 Batch Detail.
The applicable function code is applied based on the nature of the change:
C: change
D: delete
I: insert
U: unlock (delete for ported number)
M: migrate (insert for ported number)
