This country code may have been recently put into service. If this is the case, use Admin Console ‘Countries and Regions’ to add a new country code.
If the CDR contains a valid origination number, contact IDI for possible software (parser) updates – this may be improperly classified as international.
If this rarely occurs, the CDR may be bad or malformed. If so, it can be left alone (it will eventually age and no longer be visible) - or it can be purged immediately if desired.
If the usage record should be billed anyway, choose Override Rule on the usage record. If this is done frequently, consider a change to Unbillable Rules for this Unbillable Code. Note that ignoring lookup failures can have undesirable downstream repercussions including rating and discounting failures and poor invoice presentation.

INTL originating number derivation logic populates originating country information (country code, place) in the usage record with the results of a search against the country band table. In this case, the country code in the originating number could not be found in the country band table.
