Actions you can take to resolve the problem:
This NPANXX may have been just recently put into service. If this is the case, contact IDI BCT to reload the NPANXX table with the newest industry updates.
If the CDR contains a valid origination number, contact IDI for possible software (parser) updates – this may be improperly classified as NPANXX.
If this rarely occurs, the CDR may be bad or malformed. If so, it can be left alone (it will eventually age and no longer be visible) - or it can be purged immediately if desired.
If the usage record should be billed anyway, choose Override Rule on the usage record. If this is done frequently, consider a change to Unbillable Rules for this Unbillable Code. Note that ignoring lookup failures can have undesirable downstream repercussions including rating and discounting failures and poor invoice presentation.

NANP originating number derivation logic populates originating place information (city, state, LATA, OCN, Latitude, Longitude, etc.) in the usage record with the results of a search against the NPANXX table. (7 digit originating numbers are not subject to this check; only 10 digit NANP originating numbers). In this case, the NPANXX in the originating number could not be found in the NPANXX table.
