CDR Redirection

Select Data Management > CDR Redirection.

Right-click and select New or Edit, the following is displayed:

Enter the old service number, which must be an inactive service number in the IDI platform, and enter the new service number and start date. An end date is not required.

If you do not have permissions to delete or edit, the option is not displayed.
