Canceling a Sales Request

To Cancel a Sales Request:

1. Right-click the sales request and select Cancel. This displays a confirmation box.

2. Click Yes. This changes the Sales Request and Order statuses to Canceled.

   Note:

   You cannot cancel a sales request if its status is Paid In Full, Fulfillment Pending, Fulfillment In-Progress, Completed, Incomplete, Canceled.
