Voiding a Sales Request

To Void a Sales Request:

1. Right-click the Sales Requests and select Void. This displays a confirmation box.

2. Click Yes to void the request. This changes the Sales Request and Order statuses to Canceled.

   Note:

   You cannot void a Sales Request if its status is On Hold, Completed, Canceled, or Fulfillment In-Progress.
