Adding, Editing and Viewing a Browse Tag

The IDI platform supplies seven basic Browse Tags:

• Plan

• Handset

• Feature

• Accessory

• Contract

• Auto-Assign

• Service

• Account-Level Feature

• Discount

• Retail Product

• Pricing Plan

  Note

  You cannot delete any system-defined Browse Tags. You can, however, delete any browse tags you create.

  To add or edit a browse tag:

• Access the Browse Tags list (see Browse Tags).

• Right-click within the list and select New. The Add Browse Tag window is displayed.

  OR

  From the Browse Tags list, right-click a user-defined Browse Tag and select Edit.

  OR

  Right-click a system defined Browse Tag and select View.

  The Edit Browse Tag window is displayed.

  

• Enter or change the appropriate information.

  Name	Name of the Browse Tag. Maximum characters: 50. Note You cannot change the name of a system-defined Browse Tag.
  Category	Browse Tag Category associated with the Browse Tag. Note You cannot change the Category of a system-defined Browse Tag.
  Is Root	Not currently in use.
  Is Displayable	Not currently in use.
  Associated Products	Associated Products section is a list of SKUs and their descriptions linked to the Browse Tag. See Managing Browse Tags - Associated Products.

• Click Apply to save your changes and keep the window open to make modifications.

  OR

• Click Save to save the information and close the window.
