In the Pricing Plan Details window:
To modify an existing pricing plan's details, right-click on the desired pricing plan details and select Edit. The Edit Pricing Plan Details window is displayed.
OR
To add new pricing plan details select New. The New Pricing Plan Details window is displayed.

The New Pricing Plan Details window provides the following input fields:
Usage Type
Categorization of the usage.
Select a Usage Type from the drop-down list. Examples of usage types are Directory Assistance, 800 Service, International 1+, Canadian 1+, International to International, and International Origination.
See the note below regarding calls originating in Canada.
Time Group
Name of the time of day grouping used to calculate usage.
Select a Time Group from the drop-down list.
A Leg
Rate Plan Name
Rate plans detail the rates used to calculate usage.
Select the appropriate rate plan from the drop-down list.
For international to international rates, the 1st rate plan represents the A leg of the call, or the international to domestic leg.
The information displayed in the drop-down list is populated by Rate Plans. (See Working with Rates and Rate Detail Specifications.)
Init. Incr.
(Initial Increment)
Amount of time applied to the initial call rate.
Subsequent time may be charged at an additional rate. The rates associated with this time period are defined in the Rate Plan Details. (See Adding/Editing Rate Details.)
The IDI platform supports per-second rating.
When using Separate Local Per Minute vs. Per call Usage, this field (or the equivalent field in the Rate Detail) must have a value in order for local usage to be reported as Per Minute or Per Call.
Addl. Incr.
(Additional Increment)
Amount of time applied to the call rate after the initial time period is extended.
The rates associated with this time period are defined in the Rate Plan Details. (See Adding/Editing Rate Details.)
The IDI platform supports per-second rating.
When using Separate Local Per Minute vs. Per call Usage, if this field (or the equivalent field in the Rate Detail) has a value, usage is reported as Per Minute. If this field does not have a value, usage is reported as Per Call.
Surcharge
The amount of the surcharge associated with the Pricing Plan, if applicable.
This surcharge amount is in addition to the surcharge amount entered in the Rate Plan Details.
Example: Pay phone surcharge.
B Leg
Rate Plan Name
Use the drop-down list to choose a second rate plan (B leg) for international-to-international usage. The B leg is considered to be the domestic-to-international leg of the call.
The information displayed in the drop-down list is populated by Rate Plans. (See Working with Rate Plans and Rate Detail Specifications.)
Init. Incr.
(Initial Increment)Initial Increment is the amount of time that is applied to the initial call rate.
Subsequent time may be charged at an additional rate. This is the initial time for the B leg of the rate plan selected when 2 leg rating is used and should be the same as the initial increment as Leg A.
The rates associated with this time period are defined in the Rate Plan Details. (See Adding/Editing Rate Details.)

(Additional Increment)Additional Increment is the amount of time that is applied to the call rate after the initial time period is completed.
This is the additional time increment for the B leg of the rate plan selected when 2 leg rating is used and should be the same as the additional increment as Leg A.

The amount of the surcharge associated with the Pricing Plan, if applicable.
This surcharge amount is in addition to the surcharge amount entered in the Rate Plan Details.

Notes:
When selecting rate plans for a 2-leg rating scheme (as in international-to-international rating), the A Leg rate plan selection is for the international to domestic leg (i.e., incoming leg) and the B Leg rate plan selection is for the domestic to international leg (i.e., the outgoing leg).
Calls that originate in Canada and terminate in the U.S. have a usage type of Domestic 1+. Calls that originate in Canada and terminate in Canada have a usage type of Canadian 1+.
If you need to rate both International and Cellular Intl usage types at different rates, the rates must be in separate Rate Plans.
Modify the necessary fields and click Save to save the changes.
