Action Button

The Actions button lets you:

• Save your work without submitting the order. To do this:

  1. Click Actions and select Save Order.

     Your information is stored in the database and the Order Status is changed to On Hold. If you select Save Order on an incomplete order, the wizard remains open and you will NOT receive any prompts or messages telling you what to do next.

  2. Close the wizard by clicking Cancel.

  3. To locate your saved order at a later time, perform an Order Search and search for the Order ID assigned to the saved order.

• Edit the order information for this order, without having to click the Back button several times to reach the Order Information window. To do this:

  1. Click Actions and select Edit Order. This displays the Edit Order window which contains the same information as the Order Information window in this wizard.

     Note

     This option is not available from the Order Information window.

• View any errors associated with this order. To do this:

  1. Click Actions and select View Errors. This displays all errors pertaining to this order in a separate window.

• View the address and service information received from the local exchange carrier in response to a pre-order. To do this:

  1. Click Actions and select View PreOrder Response.

• View the service and service address associations for this order. To do this:

  1. Click Actions and select Service Address Associations. See Service Address Associations for more information.

     Note

     In any Add Service(s) and Feature(s) Wizard window that displays a service, you can view the service addresses associated with that service by right-clicking on that service and selecting Service Address Associations.

• View existing reservations. To do this:

  1. Click Actions and select Reservations > View Reservations. See Viewing Reservations for Service Numbers for more information.

• Search for reservations made by contact information. To do this:

  1. Click Actions and select Reservations > Find Reservations. See Finding Service Number Reservations for more information.

     Note

     The Reservations option is not available on the Options menu for the Features wizard.
