To view existing Recycle Requests:
From the Applications menu, select BackOffice Management > Usage Management > Recycle Requests. This opens the Recycle Requests window.

Description

Complete
A green check mark indicates a request and/or operation completed successfully.

Error
A white X in a red circle indicates a request and/or operation failed during processing.

Cancelled
A black X indicates a request was cancelled by an individual.
Note
Once a request has been cancelled, it cannot be restarted. However, a new request can be created by copying the cancelled request.

In Progress
A white arrow in a green circle indicates which request and associated operation is currently being processed.

On Hold
An orange circle with two white lines indicates any requests and associated operations that will not be run until its status is changed to Pending.

Pending
A white stopwatch indicates which requests and associated operations are waiting to be run.

Skipped
A yellow X indicates an operation was not processed. If an operation fails, RateBill stops and the request status is changed to Error. Any operations following the failed one in that request are noted as skipped.
Note
This status only applies to operations, NOT RateBill Requests.
ID
The numeric identifier of the Recycle Request.
Status/Position
The status of the request. If the request is pending, a number indicates its place in the queue.

Description
Description of the recycle request that was entered when the request was created.
Processed
Number of records in the Recycle Group.
Unchanged
Number of records in the Recycle Group having the same unbillable code before and after they were processed by the recycle operation.
Changed Codes
Number of records in the Recycle Group that changed unbillable codes after being process by the recycle operation.
Successfully Rated
Number of records in the Recycle Group that were successfully processed by the recycle operation.
Created
Date and time the recycle request was created.
Start Date
Date and time the recycle process started for the Recycle Group.
End Date
Date and time the recycle request completed for the Recycle Group.
User ID
ID of the person who created the recycle request.
To view requests created for a specific time period, select the From and To dates.
Note
When the window is first opened, requests from the past 48 hours are displayed.
Click Refresh. The requests window displays the existing requests for the time period.
To see information about the Recycle Groups, click Recycle Groups on the right side of the window.

To see information about a Recycle Group:
In the Recycle Requests window, click Recycle Groups. (Show picture) The drop-down list displays the three groups with the current data for each.

Size: Number of records in the group
Modified: Most recent date a record was added to the group.
Locked: Whether (False) or not (True) more records can be added to the group.
Maximum Group Size: Total number of records that can be added to a group. (This information applies to all groups)
To remove all the records from an unlocked group, select the group and click Clear.
