Viewing Recycle Group Statistics

To see information about a Recycle Group:

1. In the Recycle Requests window, click Recycle Groups. (Show picture) The drop-down list displays the three groups with the current data for each.

   Size: Number of records in the group

   Modified: Most recent date a record was added to the group.

   Locked: Whether (False) or not (True) more records can be added to the group.

   Maximum Group Size: Total number of records that can be added to a group. (This information applies to all groups)

2. To remove all the records from an unlocked group, select the group and click Clear.
