Recycle Requests give you on-demand feedback when fixing any issues that have caused records to spin. After adding records to Recycle Groups from the Unbillable Analyzer and Unbillable Usage Record windows, you can submit a recycle request for a group. Derive and rate operations are performed on the records in that group. The list of recycle requests displays the sums of processed, unchanged, changed codes, and successfully rated records.
To process spun records, they must be added to a Recycle Group. You can add records from the Unbillable Analyzer and Unbillable Usage Records windows.
