Selecting View Exisiting Services from the Actions button opens the View Exisiting Services window.

From this window, you can see a list of the customer's exisitng services and disconnect features belonging to each service. The View Exisiting Services window is divided into two sections, the list of service numbers and a list of each selected service's features. Click a service number to display its features in the lower section.
Service Number List (upper section of the window)
Service Number
The 10-digit telephone number or the circuit ID of the service.
Handset
Description of the handset associated with the service.
Current Plan
Name of the Plan currently assigned to the service.
Name
The name of the person assigned to the service number.
Department
Name of the department associated with the service.
Equipment ID
The ESN or MEID associated with the service's handset.
Selected Service's Features (lower section of the window)
SKU
The SKU is the identifier of the item as defined in the Product Catalog.
Feature Name
Description of the SKU.
Charge
Amount charged to the customer for the feature.
Qty.
Quantity of items of the related SKU.
Freq.
How frequently the feature is charged, such as Monthly or Weekly.
Billing Status
Billing Status of the feature (Billing or Not Billing)
Start Date
Date the feature became active.
Provisioning Company
Name of the service provider associated with this feature, if applicable.
USOC
Universal Service Order Code for the feature.
TCSI
Transaction Codes Status Indicator, if applicable.
Service Num
The 10-digit telephone number or the circuit ID of the service.
End Date
Date the feature was disconnected.

Permissions
Enabled: Lets you see a list of the customer's existing service numbers.
Disabled: View Existing Service is not displayed on the Actions menu of a Make Sale or Make Sales Request.

Disconnect Features
Enabled: Lets you disconnect a service's feature from the View Existing Services window.
Disabled: Disconnect is not displayed on the shortcut menu of a service's feature.
