Find Customer - Find Customer is not available for a Make Sales Request since you are already working with a customer at this point.
Find Catalog Item - Find Catalog Item lets you search for items based on your search criteria. See Selecting Catalog Items.
Blind Return - Check this check box if the customer is returning an item without a receipt.
Receipt Number - The tracking number associated with the sales request.
Item Number - The item number is the line number of the associated item as displayed on the Make Sales Request window.
SKU - The SKU is the identifier of the item as defined in the Product Catalog.
Description - The description of the item as defined in the Product Catalog.
Service Number - The service number is the MDN associated with service.
Quantity - The quantity is the number of items of one SKU purchased, such as four batteries.
Unit Price - The unit price is the amount charged for one item.
Billed Amount - The amount charged to the customer at billing time, such as Calling Plans and Caller ID.
Ext. Price - The extended price is the total amount charged for the line item calculated by multiplying the Unit Price by the Quantity purchased.
Est. Monthly Billed Charges - The estimated monthly billed charges displays the approximate amount the customer will be billed on their monthly invoice. This amount does not include any taxes or surcharges that may be included on the customer's invoice.
Subtotal - The subtotal is the amount of the sale before taxes are applied.
Tax - The tax is the sum of taxes due at the time of purchase.
Total Due - The total due is the sum of the subtotal and the tax and is the amount due from the customer at the time of purchase.

Using the Actions button, you can:
Save the order
If you need to interrupt the sale, you can capture what has already been done by selecting Save Order from the Actions button.
If you are working on a new sale, this creates a new order for the customer. If you are working on a sale that has been saved at least once, the order is updated with the new information.
View Customer
Selecting View Customer from the Actions button opens the customer record. See About Customer Management
Edit Customer
Selecting Edit Customer from the Actions button displays the Edit Customer Info window so you can update customer information. See Editing Customer Information.
View Transaction History (see Front Office Transaction Search Results)
View Existing Services
Selecting View Exisiting Services from the Actions button opens the View Exisiting Services window.

From this window, you can see a list of the customer's exisitng services and disconnect features belonging to each service. The View Exisiting Services window is divided into two sections, the list of service numbers and a list of each selected service's features. Click a service number to display its features in the lower section.
Service Number List (upper section of the window)
Service Number
The 10-digit telephone number or the circuit ID of the service.
Handset
Description of the handset associated with the service.
Current Plan
Name of the Plan currently assigned to the service.
Name
The name of the person assigned to the service number.
Department
Name of the department associated with the service.
Equipment ID
The ESN or MEID associated with the service's handset.
Selected Service's Features (lower section of the window)
SKU
The SKU is the identifier of the item as defined in the Product Catalog.
Feature Name
Description of the SKU.
Charge
Amount charged to the customer for the feature.
Qty.
Quantity of items of the related SKU.
Freq.
How frequently the feature is charged, such as Monthly or Weekly.
Billing Status
Billing Status of the feature (Billing or Not Billing)
Start Date
Date the feature became active.
Provisioning Company
Name of the service provider associated with this feature, if applicable.
USOC
Universal Service Order Code for the feature.
TCSI
Transaction Codes Status Indicator, if applicable.
Service Num
The 10-digit telephone number or the circuit ID of the service.
End Date
Date the feature was disconnected.

Permissions
Enabled: Lets you see a list of the customer's existing service numbers.
Disabled: View Existing Service is not displayed on the Actions menu of a Make Sale or Make Sales Request.

Once you have added an item,
If your location has been configured to Delay Promotions Until Complete or Delay Taxes Until Complete, click the Quote button to:
View the quote
Selecting View from the Quote button opens the View Quote window. This displays the details of the sales request.
If your location has been configured to Delay Promotions Until Complete or Delay Taxes Until Complete, the discount line items are displayed and the Tax and Total Due amounts are displayed.
Print the quote
Selecting Print from the Quote button opens the View Quote window. This lets you print a summary of the sale.
If your location has been configured to Delay Promotions Until Complete or Delay Taxes Until Complete, the discount line items are printed and the Tax and Total Due amounts are printed.
