To access the Address Validation Log Search, select SEARCH > Address Validation Log. This displays the new Address Validation Log Search screen.

You can search on the following criteria:
Validation Type – You may select Basic, Corelogic, USPS or Undetermined (where a custom Contact Type was created without a default validation type). Leaving Validation Type blank (default) returns all validation types.
From/To Date – This fields let you specify a date/time range to search. The default is to search on the past month (one month prior to and including today).
Search Results
The search results are presented on two tabs:
Summary – This tab displays the total number of attempted validations for the selected time period and validation type.

For Core Logic users, this view is most helpful when auditing monthly CoreLogic use as reported on your monthly IDI Billing Solutions invoice. The view can also be used to determine yearly run rates which may prove helpful when the time comes to make your annual pre-purchase allotment decision with IDI.
Details – This tab lists each individual validation attempt.

Hovering over the last column on an individual record in the Details grid displays the more information icon (
). Show Picture
Clicking this icon displays the Validation Log Details screen for the selected address validation attempt.

The left and right arrows can be used to quickly scroll through the results list for each validation attempt.
Exporting Search Results
For further analysis, the results set can be exported to a .csv file.
