The read-only Address Validation Information window displays how the address was validated.
From the Additional Info menu, select View Address Validation Info.
Required Validation Type - The Required Validation Type is the validation method to be used for this address. This is set by the system. Once The Required Validation Type is set, it will not be changed.
Actual Validation Type - The Actual Validation Type is the validation method that was actually used on this address. It may or may not match the Required Validation Type.
Last Validated - Last Validated is the date this address was validated.
Result Code - The Result Code displays the outcome of the validation attempt. Examples of the Result Codes are No Matching Streets, Invalid Input 5-digit ZIP Code, and Success.
Failed Count - Failed Count indicates the number of times the system tried to validate this address without success.
Exclude Reason - The Exclude Reason is the description of why the address was excluded from Enhanced Address Validation (that is, the state was excluded by the Enhanced Address Validation exclusion filter, or it was a PO Box).
Validation Bypassed - If checked, Validation Bypassed indicates an individual chose Bypass to get past an error in address validation.
Bypass User ID - Bypass User ID is the identifier of the individual who bypassed address validation. This field is populated only if the Validation Bypassed check box is checked.
