The Contact Info Tab contains the following fields.

Location Information
First/Mi/Last Name
Company Name - If applicable
Street 1
Street 2
City / State / Zip
Country
Validation Result - The Validation Result icon indicates the result of the automatic address validation.
Green check mark: the validation was successful and the Required and Actual validation types match.
Yellow check mark: the validation was successful but the Required and Actual validation types do not match.
Red X: the validation was unsuccessful and the attempt was bypassed.
Validate Now - Click Validate Now to validate the address immediately. The system validates the address and returns the result. If you do not use this button, validation occurs upon leaving this window.
Additional Info - The Additional Info button lets you see additional address information. Click Additional Info and select one of the following:
Parsed Address - Selecting Parsed Address opens the Parsed Address window. The Parsed Address breaks down the components of an address to it lowest logical level and is used for MSAG Validation.

Note
Street Number, Dir. Prefix, Street Name, and Street Type become the contact's Street 1 information.
View Phone / Email - Selecting View Phone/Email opens the Edit Contact window.

A contact can have up to four phone numbers, each with an associated Phone Type (Fax, Home, Mobile, Pager, or Work).
A contact can have up to three Email addresses, each with an associated Email Type (Home or Work).
View Address Validation Info. - The read-only Address Validation Information window displays how the address was validated. From the Additional Info menu, select View Address Validation Info.

Tax Jurisdictions
Note
Tax information is only entered/provided if the account's country is USA.
Override - Select/check the Override check box if you want to apply a tax jurisdiction other than the system-determined jurisdiction. Checking Override lets you change the Tax State field and choose specific tax jurisdictions.
Note
Tax State - The Tax State is automatically set by the IDI platform, based upon the customer's Zip Code. You can override the Tax State. This field is enabled only when the Override check box is selected/checked.
Changing Tax Jurisdictions - The Choose Jurisdiction link displays the Choose Tax Jurisdiction window for the Tax State.
Check the Override check box. This enables the Tax State field and the Choose Jurisdiction link.
Change the Tax State if necessary.
Click the Choose Jurisdiction link.
This opens the Choose Tax Jurisdiction window.
Check each Jurisdiction to be applied to the contact
Click Save. The Jurisdictions are added to the list to the Tax Jurisdictions list including County, City, Jurisdiction ID, and any notes that apply.
Tax Jurisdiction Information - The list of Tax Jurisdictions displays all tax jurisdictions applied to the contact. This information includes both standard Tax Jurisdictions and Special District Jurisdictions and consists of County, City, Jurisdiction ID (a unique identifier of the jurisdiction), and any notes that apply.
