Usage Management lets you control how records that fail validation are treated. Unbillable Rules govern whether a call that failed validation is spun, bypassed, or allowed to load. Most unbillable rules allow you to determine the action taken when a record violates the rule.
Usage Management consists of five main functions:
Unbillable Dashboard gives you graphical trending and tracking of unbillable records.
Unbillable Analyzer helps you research and resolve issues.
Unbillable Rules lets you configure actions for each unbillable code.
Recycle Requests gives you immediate feedback on any fixes you make affecting unbillable records.
Clear Pending Purge Records removes all records from the UnbillableWriteoff table thereby preventing them from being deleted from the system.
