The clearinghouse service identifies the SID-SID or PMN-PMN combinations that are in the records for Outcollect that will be used to make the file. The first (serving SID or PMN) is your company's SID or PMN, while the second is the SID or PMN of a Roaming Partner.
The records of a SID-SID or PMN/PMN combinations are assigned a batch sequence number as required by the CIBER or TAP record formats.
