The Clearinghouse Service finds all usage records in an Outcollect billing cycle type that are not already associated with an outcollect file.
Note:
If a usage database has not been checked for duplicates, that database will be skipped and Outcollects will not be generated from that database. Duplicate Detection prevents duplicate records from being sent to the ARP. The only way to see if a database has been skipped, is via the Microsoft Windows Control Panel. Select Administrative Tools > Event Viewer. Click on Applications to view the list of events. A Warning associated with the source "IDI ClearingHouse: Outcollects" describes the event.
