In order to properly create Outcollect usage, you must designate the appropriate SIDs as Company SIDs. Company SIDs are those that belong to your company. This is accomplished in the IDI Desktop Client.
From the Applications menu, select BackOffice Management > Roaming > SID Maintenance. This displays the SIDs window.

The SIDs window displays the following information:
SID
System Identification Number as received from Syniverse. This field is limited to 5 characters.
Carrier Name
Name of the carrier owning the SID as received from Syniverse. This field is limited to 35 characters.
Location
Name of the geographic location of the SID as received from Syniverse. This field is limited to 35 characters.
State
Two-letter state abbreviation.
Is Company SID
Whether the SID belongs to your company or not.
Is BID
A SID allocated for accounting purposes. Not presently used; it is populated when importing SIDs.
Country
Country name
Tech Type
Kind of technology (CDMA/TDMA, Dual Mode, GSM, etc.)
From this window, you can perform the following:
