The file from Syniverse contains all the SID/NPA-NXX Line Range combinations that are known at the time the file is published. The import process updates existing records, deletes unused records and adds new ones.
Similar to importing SIDs, the line ranges for each SID are imported using the Background Processes Service. You must manually place the lookupmanager.txt file in the following directory for processing:
