Setting Up Equal Access Service

The Equal Access service must have a Service Tax Class of Toll.

1. On the Applications menu, select Product Management > Product Catalog.

2. Locate the Equal Access Service Type (ID 1). Right-click the service type and select Edit. This displays the Edit Service window.

3. Verify that the Service Tax Class is Toll.

4. Verify that the Usage Tax Class is Service Tax Class.

5. Click Save.
