When a customer must be assessed both local and long distance taxes on an Equal Access service, the service has a Service Tax Class of Toll and you must assign a Local tax product to that service.

Taxes that are based on Products and have Local or VOIP selected are applied to the Per-Line Tax Product. See Tax Management.
