In order to manually send single e-mail notifications:
Send Notification must be enabled under Security > Profiles > Permission Profiles > Application > CostGuard Client > Customer Notification > Notification History in your Permission Profile.
Manual Email must also be enabled under Send Notification in your Permission Profile.
Enable Send Email must be enabled in Customer Notifications > Delivery Configuration in the Configuration Console.
