In order to send single e-mail notifications:
Send Notification must be enabled under Security > Profiles > Permission Profiles > Application > CostGuard Client > Customer Notification > Notification History in your Permission Profile.
To send single e-mail notifications, Manual Email must also be enabled under Send Notification in your Permission Profile.
To send single e-mail notifications via the Notification Wizard, From Template must also be enabled under Send Notification in your Permission Profile.
Note
Send Notification and Manual Email and/or From Template must be enabled, in order for the Send Notification option to appear in the Notification tab's submenu. Likewise, Manual Email and From Template only appear in the Send Notification submenu if they are enabled.
