The Incollect files must be retrieved from the ARP, usually via a daily FTP. Syniverse includes a transmittal file that must be downloaded with the Incollect file.
Place both the Incollect file and the transmittal file in the Incollect Input Directory on the same machine that the IDI Clearinghouse Service is located. See Configuring the Directories.
