Configuring the Directories

1. From the list of objects under the Clearinghouse Service, double-click Directories. This displays the Directories window.

   

   The Directories window displays the following information:

   Error Directory	The complete path where any error files are stored. In the directory structure: Environments\environmentName\serverName_ClearingHouseService\Errors.
   Archive Directory	The complete path where archived files are stored. In the directory structure: Environments\environmentName\serverName_ClearingHouseService\Archived.
   Outgoing Directory	The complete path where completed Outcollect files and Return files are placed before being sent to the ARP. Once sent, the file should be moved to a different folder. In the directory structure: Environments\environmentName\serverName_ClearingHouseService\Outgoing.
   Incollect Input Directory	The complete path where incollect files and associated transmittal files from the ARP (such as Syniverse) are placed for processing. In the directory structure: Environments\environmentName\serverName_ClearingHouseService\Incollects\In.
   Incollect Output Directory	The complete path where the service moves processed files ready for Rating. Setting this location to the Rating & Billing "In" directory removes the step of moving the file to that directory manually. In the directory structure: Environments\environmentName\serverName_ClearingHouseService\Incollects\Done or for Rating & Billing, InfoDirectionsNET\Backoffice\In.
   Incollect Originals Directory	The complete path where the service moves the original files after processing. This directory must be in the Incollects directory. No changes are made to these files and they are exactly as they were when received. In the directory structure: Environments\environmentName\serverName_ClearingHouseService\Incollects\Originals.
   Company Return Directory	The complete path where the service moves files containing records that did not pass the incollect audit. In the directory structure: Environments\environmentName\serverName_ClearingHouseService\Returns\CompanyReturns
   Partner / ARP Return Directory	The complete path where the service moves batches that were Rejected by the ARP or files that contain records that were Returned by the Partner or ARP for failing their audits. In the directory structure: Environments\environmentName\serverName_ClearingHouseService\Returns\PartnerReturns

The directories are created during installation and have the following directory structure.
