Toll Paths

The Paths settings tell the system where to find and place various files.

  1. Under Backoffice Settings, select the Paths node. This displays the Paths window.

    AdminPaths

  2. Enter the appropriate information in the Paths window based on the following information:

    Misc

    Bin

    Specifies the directory where the executable files are stored.

    Temp

    Specifies the path used by duplicate detection to story temporary processing files.

    DB

    Specifies the path of the following databases:

    • binBAND

    • binlerg

    • binRCFEAA

    • binRCFNPANXX

    Tracing

    Specifies the directory for tracing files. The following tracing files are stored here:

    Accounts Receivable (file prefix: ACC_REC_TRACE)

    Bill Cycle Change (file prefix: BCC)

    Discounts (file prefix: DiscountTrace is used for Volume Discount Trace text files, GrantDiscountTrace is used for Grant Discount Trace XML files)

    Contracts (file prefix: MinUsg)

    Prorating (file prefix: ProrateTrace)

    Binary Files

    BAND

    Specifies the directory which contains the Band file used for Local Call Rating.

    LERG

    Specifies the directory which contains the binlerg file.

    RCFEAA

    Specifies the directory which contains the Exchange Area Address file for Local Call Rating.

    RCFNPANXX

    Specifies the directory which contains the NPANXX file for Local Call Rating.

    Loading

    In

    Specifies the directory which contains (or will contain) the usage record files that are waiting to be processed.

    Reload

    Specifies the directory which contains (or will contain) the usage record files to be reloaded.

    By-Passed

    Specifies the directory which contains (or will contain) the DMS-100 or DMS-500 usage record files that were skipped during rating. The file format for the by-pass files is byPassed_filename, where the filename is the name of the file processed by Rating and Billing.

    Out

    Specifies the directory which contains (or will contain) the usage record files that have been processed by the system.

    Bad

    Specifies the directory which contains (or will contain) the usage record files that cannot be processed by the system.

    AuxInfo

    LCA File

    Specifies the directory which contains CCMI's Local CallArea file (ratf.dos).

    RCF File

    Specifies the directory which contains CCMI's Rate Center file (urcf.dos).

    Billing Audit

    Output Path

    Specifies the directory which contains (or will contain) the Billing Audit files.

    Vertex Taxing

    Data Files

    Specifies the directory which contains the Vertex Data.

    Register Files

    Specifies the directory which contains the Vertex Register files.

    Preprocessor

    Done

    Specifies the directory which contains (or will contain) the usage record files that have been preprocessed.

    Duplicate Detector

    Temp Directory

    Specifies the directory which contains the temporary file used when the system is detecting duplicates.

  3. Click Save.
