If you have chosen to include all retail products, or a group of products, in the promotion, you can select specific items to exclude.
For example, if you checked All retail products are eligible for this promotion on the Promotion Eligibility window, you can prevent a particular item from being included in the promotion by entering its SKU in this window.
Search for the catalog item in the New Item area. For information on finding catalog items, see Find Product, Find Product.
If you select an AdvancePay Product, the associated Prices Points are listed for selection. You may select multiple Price Points. If you do not select any specific Price Points, all Price Points are excluded.
Click Add to add the item to the "exclude" list.
Continue adding items as necessary.
