You can view and maintain all open follow-ups that are assigned to you, via the Open Follow-Ups window.
To access all open follow-ups that are assigned to you:
On the Applications menu, click Customer Management > Open Follow-Ups.
OR
Double-click the Follow-Up icon displayed in the bottom right-hand corner of the IDI Desktop Client window (icon only appears if you have open follow-ups assigned to you).

Note
If you hover your cursor over this icon, a pop-up box appears that tells you how many open follow-ups are assigned to you and the other people in your user group and how many of those open follow-ups are past due.
This displays the Open Follow-Ups window, showing those follow-ups that are open and assigned to you (the person who is currently logged into the system).
(Show picture)

Note
Your User Name appears in the window's title bar. For example, if the title bar in the window says “Open Follow-Ups for bnob”. “bnob” is the User Name of the person who is currently logged in and requesting the Open Follow-Ups window.
Note
Only accounts matching the user limit-to profile of the user, or follow-ups assigned to the current user, are shown. If you try to access an account that does not belong to your user limit-to profile (i.e., follow-up was assigned to you, but the account is outside of your ULT Profile), an error is displayed and the account does not open.
The Open Follow-Ups window provides the following information:
