Occurrences tiered rating works the same way as Minutes tiered rating except it is based on the number of occurrences contained in the duration fields of the occurrence-based usage records.
Note
Seconds-based usage types cannot be rated with occurrence-based rating. They will be sent to Unbillables for no rating method.
