Provisioning – Calix | AR 9292 | New parameters for Add E7 GPON SIP Service action The following fields have been added to Add E7 GPON SIP Service:
These fields allow the traffic to pass through the access gear and are critical to these features working on the service. Call Waiting, CallerID, Three Way Calling and T38 Fax Relay are all included for xDSL SIP Services. See the Calix Provisioning specification in the IDI Knowledge Center for details. |

Collections – Payment Plans | 84476 | Filter by Status options not working asexpected In Customer Care, the Billing > Collections page has a tab for viewing payment plans. This tab provided a drop-down menu with check boxes for filtering the payment plans list by status. The filter options were not working as expected, for example choosing to show closed only would also show overdue plans. The filter has been simplified to provide just two options that work as expected. The Open option (default) lists open and overdue plans. Choosing All shows closed plans in addition to open and overdue plans. |
Usage Processing | 84578 | Unable to parse files withERD format This issue was introduced with AR 9270 included in CostGuard version 23.12. When processing call detail records with ERD file format, an error was being returned stating no parsers were capable of processing files. This was due to missing logic within the try catch in the ERD parser. Logic has been added to let the ERD parser try catch process usage records without giving an error. |
