Orders

Unable to reconnect Customer in CG client (Krypton)

Some users encountered a scenario where reconnect orders would throw the following error when attempting to reconnect a customer: A null Nullableint32 cannont be converted to an Int32. This would occur when the order included a product incorrectly marked as OnePriceChild when the product was NOT within a package.

Validation has been added to prevent these items from incorrectly being marked as a One Price Child and thus avoid the error.

Move service order object reference error

In the Orders web modle, an object reference error was being thrown when submitting a move service order on a service with a service address. This was not an issue when doing the move service order via CostGuard Client.

This was corrected by ensuring the service address is copied to the new account during the move so it is present at the completion of the order.

Customer Management

CPNIAuthorizedUsers endpoint performance issues (neon)

This issue was precipitated by functionality introduced by AR 9097. This AR added a new Customer CPNI Authorized User endpoint in the Customer Management web service to support returning an account number based on the authorized user phone number. The query was removing dashes from phone numbers to normalize the data being returned; however, this caused a performance issue. Removing dashes was not a requirement for the AR and is not the correct way to handle look up of phone numbers with or without dashes.

This has been fixed.

Products not billing if one time or not billing with proration

This addressed an issue with the billing system introduced in CostGuard 22.01. Features that were yet to be billed, either due to being billing in-active or future dated, would be incorrectly marked as billed the next time the account was billed. This resulted in prorated recurring charges skipping prorated arrears amounts on the first invoice they were active, as well as non-recurring charges being skipped.

This has been fixed.
