Hold History provides a log of all park/unpark activity performed on a specific Global trouble ticket. To view the Hold History for a specific Global trouble ticket:
In the Edit Global Trouble Ticket window, click the Hold History tab.
The Hold History for Global trouble tickets is the same as the Hold History for customer trouble tickets. See Hold History for more detailed information.
