For Cases 1-3, the account has four services. Three services A, B and C (where A is the primary service) share a plan that provides 1000 free anytime minutes. The fourth service D has its own plan for 400 free anytime minutes and does not share in the 1000 free anytime minutes.
Case 1: Primary Service Gets All Notifications; Child Services Get Their Own
Primary service A wants to be notified when any one of the four services is in danger of exceeding their allotted usage. Also each individual service should be notified when they are in danger of exceeding their individual usage.

Services B and C need not be notified regarding the shared plan, and service A need not be notified regarding service D’s plan.
