Primary service A wants to be notified when any one of the four services is in danger of exceeding their allotted usage. Also each individual service should be notified when they are in danger of exceeding their individual usage.

How it Works
Combined usage of anytime minutes for services A, B and C exceeds 800 in the bill period.
Services A, B and C receive notifications. (Service A receives just one notification.)
Service D uses in excess of 320 anytime minutes in the bill period.
Service D receives notification as does primary service A for service D approaching overage.
