Creating a Customer with an AdvancePay Service

To create a customer with an AdvancePay Service:

• Create a Customer through POS Make Sale

  or

Create a Customer through Customer Management

• Select Customer Management.

• From the Customer Management window, select POS > Make Sale.

  The Make Sale window is displayed.

• From the Find Catalog Item field, search for a phone to sell the customer, or enter a valid Starting Code. The POS Guided Assignment window is displayed.

  Note:

  For the following screens, the details will vary.

• Select a phone to sell to the customer and enter the Equipment ID.

• Click Next. The following Guided Assignment window is displayed.
