Disabled: Close Trouble Ticket is not displayed on the shortcut menus of the following windows:
Journals (or Trouble Tickets) tab on the customer window
Open Troubles for x
Trouble Ticket Search Results
Journals for Order #
Global Trouble Tickets
Stand Alone Troubles
Stand Alone Trouble Search Results
Also, the Close Trouble Ticket button is not displayed on the Edit Trouble Ticket window.
