Enabled: Lets you close a selected follow-up on either the Journals (or Follow-up) tab on the Customer window, the Follow-up Search Results, or the Open Follow-ups window.
Disabled: Close Follow-up is not displayed on the shortcut menu of these windows:
Summary tab (Journals section) of the customer window
Journals (or Follow-up) tab of the Customer window
Journal for Order # window accessed from the customer Orders tab
Follow-up Search Results window
Open Follow-ups window
