You have two options for adding Features. Both options are via the Order Details page. You can use the Add Features icon above the Order Items list, or you can select a Service from the Order items list and use the Service Details pane.
Selecting a Service from the Order Items list may be more convenient when you are adding Features to a specific Service that is already included in the Order.
The Add Features function lets you add Features to any Service on the account, and add Features at the account level.
Viewing & Editing Individual Items Within a Package
When you add a package you can view and edit the individual components bundled within it (products, contracts, discounts, pricing plans and dynamic charge products). For details see Managing Packages in an Order.
Charge Override
The default Unit Price for any feature is set in the Product Catalog. Users with Charge Override permission can change a feature's Unit Price to a decimal value greater than or equal to 0 (zero). This applies to billing, direct invoice and retail products.

After changing the price and adding the product to the order, the changed value is shown in red. You can still revert to the default price, or change the price again, at this stage by editing the product details.

Discounting will function as-is, so if a price is overridden and a discount is applied, the system will calculate the discount against the new override price; Promotions on retail products will also take the new override price into account when calculated.
Returns will honor the override price, not original unit price.
Charge Cycle
The charge cycle for a feature, denoted by
, indicates that 2.99 is a recurring charge.Hover over
to display the configured charge cycle, which for this feature is monthly. (Show picture)
Note
The indicator is not displayed if the charge cycle is configured as Once or None.
