More

When adding account-level items to a transaction in web orders, the search bar under Available Items will search for matches of the input text according to the Product Selection Display setting configured in Orders > MANAGE > Settings.

When set to SKU, results will only include items with a SKU that matches a wildcard search of using input text, and only SKU information will be displayed in the results.

When set to Description, results will include any items with a Description that matches a wildcard search using input text, and only Description information will be displayed in the results.

When SKU and Description is selected, results will include any items with a SKU or Description that matches a wildcard search using the input text, and both the SKU and the Description will be displayed in the results.

Selecting a Feature displays a new pane to the right for entering the required Feature details. As with Services, the View drop down menu lets you toggle between Feature details or other information.
