To view rate plans:
From the Applications menu, select Product Management > Rates. This displays the Rates window.

The Rates window contains the following information.
Rate Plan ID
Unique system-generated number that identifies the rate plan record.
Name
Name of the rate plan.
Last Modified
Most recent date the rate plan was changed.
User
ID of the user who most recently updated the record.
