If a Service Agreement is issued to a customer as part of the make sale process the Sign Agreement options displays.
Note:
Sign Agreement must be done prior to tendering the sale or an error message displays.
This option is primarily used by registers that do not have a Signature Capture device and/or will have the customer sign the printed service agreement at the end of the transaction.
Once Sign Agreement is checked the Wizard displays and the first required signature display on the page.
At this point in the customer is displayed the same text through the signature capture device. Once the customer has entered and accepted their signature it appears on the Service Agreement. Upon completion of the wizard the signed service agreement opens in Adobe Acrobat.
If the location has is setup to print service agreements automatically through the Printing Options then the file will automatically print, otherwise, click the print button manually.
