Signing the agreement is available only if a contract has been assigned to the customer.
During Make Sale, the wizard displays a signature pad to sign the agreement.
Click Complete Sale. This displays the Complete Sale window.
The sales agreement must be signed before you can tender.
Click Sign Agreement. Then have the customer sign the agreement and click Next.
This returns you to the Make Sale main window.
