The Device History view shows you a history of the events performed on the device(s) such as Swap Equipment, New Service or Disconnect Service. Select Applications > BackOffice Management > Device Management > Devices > Device History to display the Device History Search dialog. Then enter the applicable criteria and click Search to perform the search.
From the Search Results you can:
Filter (narrow) the list of returned devices.
Sort the results by any of the device fields by clicking the corresponding column heading.
View the assigned service for a selected device.
View the customer for a selected device.
Note
You can also view the history for a selected device via the Device Search results.
